Order Processing

After successful payment, your order will be processed for design checking, printing and packing.

Delivery Time

• Normal delivery time: 3 to 7 working days.
• জরুরি তথ্য: অর্ডার করার ২–৩ দিনের মধ্যে পণ্য ডেসপ্যাচ করা হয় এবং সাধারণত ৭–১০ দিনের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হয়। যদি ৭–১০ দিনের মধ্যে পার্সেল না পৌঁছায়, তবে ওয়েবসাইটে দেওয়া নম্বরে হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ করুন। অনেক সময় প্রত্যন্ত এলাকায় ডেলিভারি এজেন্টের কারণে পার্সেল সাময়িকভাবে পেন্ডিং থাকতে পারে, যা সম্পূর্ণ কুরিয়ার সংস্থার অভ্যন্তরীণ বিষয়—এতে আমাদের কোনো ত্রুটি থাকে না। কোনো কারণে আপনার পিনকোডে ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হয়ে পার্সেলটি আমাদের কাছে ফেরত আসলে, আমরা অন্য কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে তা পুনরায় পাঠিয়ে দেব।

Courier Partner

We ship orders through trusted courier partners. Tracking details will be shared once the shipment is dispatched.Products are dispatched within 2–3 days of placing the order and typically delivered within 7–10 days. If you do not receive your parcel within 7–10 days, please WhatsApp us at the number provided on our website. Sometimes, local courier agents cause delays in remote areas—this is entirely an issue on the courier's end, not an intentional fault of ours. If delivery fails for any reason and the parcel returns to us, we will promptly reship it to you via an alternative courier service.

Delivery Address

Customers must provide correct name, mobile number and full delivery address. Print Pilot will not be responsible for delay due to wrong address or unreachable phone number.
